SAFETY & CLEANLINESS

In all of our beautiful Willow Belle Teepee setups, the safety of your guests and the care of your home is very important to us. We also strive for a high level of cleanliness.

​

• All pillow/cushion covers, linens and blankets are laundered after each indoor or outdoor Teepee party/event.

• Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed with fabric sanitiser and spot cleaned after each indoor or outdoor Teepee party/event.

• String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard.

• Every teepee pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector.

• Items are replaced if worn or damaged. 

• In an outdoor party/event, Teepee poles are secured to a sand-bag or stake in the ground, keeping it firm and stable minimising any risk of falling or blowing over throughout the event.

During the covid restrictions our staff will follow all mandates regarding masks and social distancing to make your experience as safe as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Is a deposit required on booking?

Yes, a $50 deposit is required before your chosen party date is confirmed.

Remaining balance to be paid 5 days prior to the sleepover date. Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to your booked party date.

Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your booked party date.

How long are we able to hire the teepees for?

Our teepee packages are priced for one night, but you are most welcome to discuss a longer hire period. Should you already have the teepees and decide you would like one more night, call us regarding a price (subject to availability).

 

When do you set up and how long does it take?

We deliver and set up your teepee experience. We want to work with you to create the perfect experience so we are flexible with set up times and will endeavour to do what we can for you where possible. 

 

Depending on the number of teepees, set up takes up to 2 hours.

We’ll return the next day to pack down and take it away!

 

Will the teepee set up be exactly like the theme photo?

The themes you request is the theme we will set up for your party but on occasion, due to space, it may be necessary to make minor changes to the set up and styling. 

The teepees and decorations are subject to change in order to replace old items with new, update our decorations and styling pieces and replace damaged items.

 

How much space do I need?

Our teepees with bedding are 120cm (W) x 185cm (D) x 130cm (H). If you are unsure about the size of your space, please contact us for a chat.
